Authorized Override, a service of the ENA Content Filtering solution, provides a safe environment for students to browse the World Wide Web while ensuring users have the necessary access to conduct research and work on the internet.

To log in to an Authorized Override session, or to administer Single-Use Authorized Override usernames and passwords, you must have a valid username with appropriate permissions. If you do not have an account, please contact your school Principal, Superintendent, Director or Technology Coordinator. The school official will then notify ENA by sending an e-mail to helpdesk@ena.com or by calling ENA at 1-888-612-2880 with the appropriate authorization.

All websites visited during an Authorized Override Session are logged and reviewable by school administration officials.

Login to AO Login to Authorized Override to browse the internet unfiltered.
Administer Single-Use AO Usernames Create and manage usernames and passwords that provide temporary access to blocked content. Single-use usernames allow users to bypass web content filtering for up to 90 minutes or until the browser windows are closed. After the Authorized Override session ends, the username and password will be invalid. Please refer to AO Single-Use Username Guide for more information.
Request a Website Review Submit a request to review a website that you think has been inappropriately blocked or unblocked.
